With 15 years of experience as an education attorney, Allison is a seasoned expert in the charter school, non-profit, and special education arenas. During her decade-long tenure as Senior Legal Counsel for the California Charter Schools Association, she played a crucial role in developing and advocating for policy solutions that strengthened school operations and enhanced services for students in charter schools across the state.
Allison's commitment to education extends beyond policy development. She has served on two charter school governing boards, providing valuable guidance to leadership and board members on critical issues such as enrollment strategies, accountability measures, and community engagement initiatives.
Her educational background includes a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a B.A. from Case Western Reserve University.
